The Seal Assembly, Stem, On/Off Valve (P/N 302094) is a precision-molded elastomeric seal that fits over the stem of the integrated on/off valve in Waterjet Cutting Heads, preventing high-pressure water from leaking past the Valve Stem.

Installation & Maintenance
Disassembly: Remove the integrated on/off 1-14141-Abrasive-Waterjet-Parts-With-Good-Quality-Supplier-p.html target='_blank'>WS0747-For-Waterjet-Parts-p.html target='_blank'>Valve Body from the cutting head and unthread the gland nut to expose the valve stem
Seal Replacement: Slide off the old 302094 seal and backup O-ring. Inspect the stem and gland bore for nicks or wear.
Lubrication: Lightly coat the new seal and O-ring with compatible silicone 1-11136-Abrasive-Waterjet-Parts-With-Good-Quality-Supplier-p.html target='_blank'>Grease to ease installation and prevent damage.
Reassembly: Install the seal onto the stem, replace the O-ring (if applicable), then reassemble the valve and torque the gland nut to OEM specifications.
Testing: Cycle the valve to ensure smooth operation and perform a seat test to confirm no leakage at maximum operating pressure.
