The Crosshead U-Cup Seal A-12500 is a premium-grade sealing component designed for Waterjet Intensifiers, hydraulic cylinders, and high-pressure pump assemblies. Engineered to maintain a reliable seal under extreme working conditions, it ensures leak-free performance, smooth motion, and maximum efficiency in demanding industrial applications.
Manufactured from reinforced polyurethane (PU) or PTFE with elastomer backing, the A-12500 U-Cup Seal delivers excellent elasticity, wear resistance, and temperature stability. Its U-shaped cross-section allows it to generate consistent radial sealing pressure, maintaining tight contact even under dynamic shaft movement and fluctuating pressures up to 60,000 PSI (4,137 bar).
Specifically designed for crosshead assemblies in waterjet intensifiers, the KUNDA A-12500 seal provides outstanding resistance to extrusion and deformation, ensuring long-lasting sealing performance in both static and reciprocating applications.
