The Seat WA1027 is a precision-engineered sealing component used in high-pressure Waterjet Intensifier Pumps, specifically within the inlet and outlet check valve assemblies. It provides a smooth, durable surface for the valve poppet or ball (such as Flat Inlet Poppet WA1028 or Ball WS1022) to seat against, ensuring a leak-free one-way flow and maintaining stable operating pressure up to 94,000 psi (6,480 bar).

Manufactured from tungsten carbide or hardened stainless steel, the WA1027 seat offers exceptional resistance to wear, corrosion, and water erosion. Each seat is CNC-ground and mirror-polished to achieve ultra-smooth sealing contact, ensuring precise alignment and reliable performance under high cyclic loads. The material’s hardness and dimensional stability make it ideal for long-term use in demanding waterjet applications.
